COVID/Infection updates:​

• If you are acutely ill - please call the office prior to your appointment to discuss.

• As a medical/healthcare facility, all visitors and patients over the age of 2 should be properly masked during their visit if acutely ill/coughing/at risk, regardless of vaccination status.

• Groups limited to patient/caregiver when possible please.

• Staff are fully vaccinated.

• The safety of our patients, staff, and community is our primary goal.
